Teleo has released AS2.0 library, and it's pretty sweet. The original AS1.0 library was limited, but the new library takes full advantage of AS2.0's object-oriented features. Looks much cleaner, and easier to use. You can download the library and other materials here:

Addendum: I saw that a base class, TeleoProxy, defines getProxySimulate() and setProxySimulate(). Wow, the new library supports a simulation mode! So, you can demo or test their API without having to buy a lot of hardware up front. The UI for controlling the simulation looks ok too. Addendum: Chafic tells me Teleo used BLDoc to generate those docs. I will have to agree with him that the charting component docs are the best documented Flash api I've seen so far :-)
